It is impossible to say exactly how many sessions it will take to achieve full and complete relief from any issue. Experience has proven that the length of time and amount of sessions needed will largely depend on you. If you have a strong desire to change plus a good level of motivation, you will achieve fast & remarkable results that last with Hypnotherapy. Single session cures are possible, but it is more usual to experience some improvement after the first appointment, followed by further improvement or complete relief after a few more sessions. Of course, it depends on the type of issue presented. As a guide, Breaking habits and keeping them broken, Phobias & Panic Attacks can require one to four sessions, as can boosting Confidence & Motivation and relieving Depression. Modifying eating habits to achieve Weight Loss and maintain that loss may require four or more sessions spread over a couple of months.
