Clinical Hypnotherapy is an art and not an exact science because we are all unique and our problems are unique to us. Through experience, a practitioner knows that the key to success is to use the right technique at the right time. When this is achieved, the results can be magical. Hypnotherapy is generally believed to be a quick or brief type of therapy, only requiring a few sessions.
